The Dad’s Noisy Basement Show!
Whether you need background music or a featured performer, the intimate one-man-band sound of Dad’s Noisy Basement will add a whimsical sonic element to your event.
Tom’s repertoire includes rock, pop, Hawaiian, rockabilly, swinging and rootsy tunes culled from his large collection of LPs, 45s, and 78s, along with well-crafted and catchy original songs. His DIY backing tracks supplement his live guitar with imaginative rhythms, his own background harmonies and sound effects. The result is a virtual “band of Toms.”
A veteran performer and recording artist for over 30 years, Tom’s solo act has been featured multiple times at The Dirt Salon in Hartford, as well as at a number of private parties.
Here are some samples.
At present, Tom can easily perform up to two hour-long sets.
He is also open to song requests for your event.
